Chevy Volt/Ally Bank Commercial

Who is the guy who is confronted by kid in the Chevy Volt commercials while he has to pee? This actor is also in the Ally Bank commercial where he is standing at the ATM and people are trying to pressure him into accepting the fee. Just curious! Thanks!
