The commercial which I believe first ran in early 2006 and I saw most recently in around October or November 06 features a camera zooming in on a bar (an effect they have been using in all of their commercials).

In the two commericals in question, the camera pulls up to the bar rail, where this raven haired bartender says:

1. How do you improve Grey Goose Vodka? Get better ice!

2. What mixes well with Grey Goose? A designated driver.

I have an odd feeling that she may have been a child actor somewhere?
