We don't get Canadian ads here in the US. Until someone can link up a video of the ad, it's almost impossible to figure out.

I was doing a random search today, and I came across a message topic on redflagdeals.com, and a bunch of folks there are trying to find her. In one of the posts, a person mentioned that she looks like Eliza Cuthbert (spelling?). I guess that could be sort of correct...
