This might be a toughie, but in the first "Be my Baby" Cialis commercial (not the Super Bowl version), there is a lady who appears at the very end of the spot.......black dress, pearls, bottle of wine and a Mona Lisa smile! Somebody must know who she is......maybe even what other ads she's done.
