Woman at counter in Castrol "Wind in hair" spot

Does anyone know who the woman at the counter is in the Castrol GTX spot with the Eric Stromer lookalike (okay, it may actually be him, as he is a car guy)? The big gag is that everyone has windblown hair when they touch the can of Castrol GTX, and the woman looks...well, breathtaking. Sorry, I can't find a YouTube link.
